Bought a Santoku for a gift and what can I say? Fantastic! A magnificent and truly precious knife, it cuts the impossible and then it is beautiful as hell! I waited a bit for the review because I wanted a detailed response from those who are using it daily and who confirmed the high quality of the product and the masterful skill of the craftsman! The knives and other products that this craftsman creates are phenomenal. He really has the forge in his veins. I have purchased 5 knives from him and all made with incredible care and craftsmanship. Also personalized in the engravings and sheaths, beautiful to look at and formidable for cutting. It makes Japanese-type blades, beautiful, resistant, very sharp and with a much higher value than many industrial products found online and with a decidedly higher price. A warranty!!! Excellent.
